yes it will...you'll have to save the songs from limewire onto a playlist. in your limewire library you need to "enqueue" the songs you want onto the playlist at the bottom. when you have the list, click the "save as..." button at the bottom of the screen. save it and then go to iTunes. on iTunes go to File>Import and then search for the LimeWire folder. it should be under My Computer>C: Drive>Program Files>Limewire. then click on the playlist and press open! the songs will then be in your library. then all you have to do is just drag the songs to your iPod!

No, Lime Wire is illegal. ITunes and your own personal CD collection uploaded into ITunes is all that the IPod is compatible with and that it will play.
