University of Colorado in Boulder. It's a really good school and the town of Boulder is great for college kids because you're so close to the mountains and you can walk everywhere you need to go. It's a beautiful town. One drawback: When I was there in the late '70's, early '80's, there was this attitude of arrogance and sophistry which seriously detracted from one's quality of life. If you can rise above it, then Boulder's great. Go to summer school there. Boulder's great in the summer!
P.S. GREAT question!

Went to a local community college first. Then a local four year Lutheran college. Then Emporia State University in Kansas for grad school.

Local CC: Loved it so much that I work there now. I was in classes with students who WANTED to learn and WANTED to be there. Best experience of my college life.

Local Lutheran college: Hated it. I liked my department/major, and most of the instructors, but the college itself was kind of falling apart at the seams. When I left, they were really pushing religion, and I'm not religious. I just went there because it was more affordable than my only other option. The students were immature and rude. I did find a nice group of people to hang out with, but every day life was tedious and boring.

ESU: I kind of liked ESU. It was a good community unto itself. I hated the city though. Emporia, Kansas is a hellhole. I hated it so much. I really didn't enjoy living in Kansas at all. And I would have asked many more questions about the program I was in before going there. They didn't have enough of what I wanted, so every day life there wasn't as fun for me as it could have been. I was surrounded by huppies (hicks who think they are yuppies).

I went to Florida State University. It was really nice because it is a large university so you get all kinds of people and activities. I lived off campus in a very nice dormitory/apartment. It was a 20 minute walk to most of my classes. The weather in Florida is wonderful. In Tallahasse, also, you are a short drive away from the beach and other nice places to go visit. The education level is anything you want to make it. I know there are very talented people and I am very satisfied with my degree from there.

I used to attend the University of Southern California.
- The location of the University is really bad since it is located in the most dangerous part of downtown Los Angeles where crimes take place all the time.
- Many of the students there are rich since it is a private university.
- It provides a lot of resources and better food for atheletes.
- Most of the professors are excellent.
- There are not enough parking spaces for students.
