I think it's funny, I myself would do it only if this specific person used to make fun of me or if the people watching think I am a punk. Yes I would definently do the same thing so it's not really wrong.

Yes it is. Do you really even have to ask? Don't you have something better to do than bully someone? If you are suffering from low self-esteem, depression, family problems, get help and stop trying to make yourself feel better by bullying someone else. When they finally get tired and kick your butt then you will really feel low. Get help now.
