I got a dell computer with a TV tuner....?

Question

what do I need to do in order to be able to surf the net and watch TV at the same time. It seems that I dont have and option. Is either one thing or the other. Also when when I am watchint tv and go for the internet I can navegate the net and hear the TV but it does not show the tv image. I have PIP in the computer I dont know if this additional info helps. Thanks

you have TV tuner card on your computer and you cant navegate on the internet while you watch tv by your TV tuner card installed. call dell support . i can watch tv /dvd movies on my computer while im on yahoo messenger in chat room or navegate on the net at the same time give dell a call
