I've gone to Vegas on Labor Day and just recently went in Nov. It is hot in Sept. Nov was nice. Good deals you can always find, for flights or hotels. it just depends on where you want to stay. On the Strip in the midst of things or Downtown which is pretty nice also.

Early April until mid May.
Some people will tell you it expensive that time of year, but the truth is you can always find a good deal if you look around. The weather is ideal, typically not too hot, and plenty warm enough to enjoy summer activities. The evenings cool down into the 60's or 70's and the it barley ever rains. All the pools are open and outdoor actitivie are in full swing.
If you dont care about weather or outdoor fun probably the best month to visit would be Jan or Feb as the prices are very low.

The best weather, in my opinion, can be found in the warm but not too warm months of April, May, and October. The best time for deals on Las Vegas rooms are December and January (except New Years) , and parts of the summer time. The weather in December and January can be better than most of the country, this December has been very pleasant for most of the month, although it's very windy right now. So it's a balancing act, there may not be a perfect time of year, and it depends on your preferences. For a really good look at the typical weather for any month look at http://www.lasvegasweather.us

The best weather would be about May. April is normally prettynice but still unpredictable. But, that is also when the prices are outrageous!
The best deals would be in July or Augus when it's near 100 everyday and it's too hot for the vacationers, or January when it's colder.
Find a hotel that you'd like (or a couple), visit their websites and sign up for their newsletter. They will e*mail you deals/rates at least once a month with special promotions!
Good luck!

For the best deals - That would be in December following the National Finals Rodeo up until the weekend before New Years Eve...For 2007 that would be from the 9th until the 27th.
Another good time to go is Memorial Day week, May 28th up until the 1st of June has some great room rates...I'm already holding 2 rooms for 4 nights at 24$ per night at the Orleans...
May and June are nice weather wise, it can get hot but generally not unbearable so like it does in July and August...
In general the best way to get the great deals - you need to avoid large conventions and events.. Sunday through Thursday is much cheaper than Friday and Saturday..Search from Memorial Day up until Labor Day for room deals..Also from November 1st to February 1st...The room rates are lower "overall" then than they are the rest of the year.
