my relatives and friends say me that u will be a good singer one day i find no hope when i fail to any compitition. i particepated on closup1 comoitation. hearing my song the judge said "your voise is good but a little bet fluctuation are there. carryon your practice u will be succeed onece" my question is, hwen will that day come

Never lose sight your voice is an instrument, just like any musical instrument out there. Musical success comes from one's love to play that instrument---and their passion to master it gives the energy to be the best.

You didn't fail any competetion; you got out there, tried your best and got some constructive critcizm; get used to that and don't let it bring you down. it takes years and years to perfect the art of singing. as you grow your performance grows. my advice to you is keep training in singing and keep performing. the most important thing is you do this art for you nobody else. don't stop , keep singing and definitely hone your craft and learn as much as you can about singing.listen to people who are supportive, don't listen to those who put u down.
