all the have to do is wright the information on it and the can cash it. safely way to send money with out identifying them self.

The purchaser is the one who has to fill out the money order and there is a line that they have to sign, but if you want to remain annonymous nobody is going to verify your signature so you could probably just scribble your name on the bottom.
Just keep your stub though incase the money order were to get lost.

I would say no.
If you purchased the Money Order than you are responsible for completing it.
You should try contacting your local Post Office to inquire.....

if the money order is under $10,000, you don't need to show identification, and you can fill it in leaving your name blank if you like.
