Anything by Danzig pretty much tops the list of brutal. "Balls To The Wall" by Accept (the title track song itself) is glaringly harsh, but soooo cool.
Dio's "The Last In Line" ( a "sequel" album to "Holy Diver" ) is both deep and brutal....which makes him the Godfather of Metal; many hail Ozzy as the King of Metal.....
....but Alice Cooper started it all--and some of his early album works are pretty twisted and cruel.
