How do you make drawins on your computer come to life?

Well im trying to make animations but i dont know what to use so please can you gimme some tips or progams on what to use

the animation software is neither cheap or easy but if you want to get into it try something like an older copy of 3-D studio Max R2 R3 is out now and you could maybe get R2 much cheaper then just bear down and learn as much as you can I drew my fit animation as a robot Butler delivering drinks on a platter and the drinks emitted bubbles that took me abut five hours of learning and playing around and if this old man can do it you surely can

if you have lots of money and time on your hands try macromedia flash 8 for 2-d and low res 3-d or 3D-S Max for pure 3d animation
