I am Marietta Paz from the Philippines. I am 62 years old.Iam a widow with three children. At present I am here in Florida . working as a baby sitter. supporting my children in the Philippines. We are very poor it's so hard to make ends meet. I am in need of financial help . to support my children and my older sister. She is very ill , she need a series of medical treatment, she has a goiter and at the same time she is suffering from bleeding in her uterus. She is 70 years old a widow. I can not afford to send her to the Hospital because I d o not have money . She is under my care since our parents are already dead. Please Help me . Oprah probably gets stories like this and worse all the time. I say it's worth a try but I really don't think it's going to work. Me personally? I'd have too much pride.

what? ok we all have financial problems. i know many, many people that go without. i live in one of the poorest, most underpaid states in the country. we are also the hardest working in the u.s. "most apt to work 2 and 3 jobs to make ends meet" is the exact quote of a national newspaper. my heart goes out to you, but on my worst day (and there has been many) i would never go into this type of environment and cry for help. use your local resources. call salvation army. red cross. and if they can't help which is the case alot of times... well... i just don't know. i wish i did.

I know she can not possibly read everything she gets but theres always a chance that she will see it there.
