just leave her, trust me dont "try" to help her because at times she might be crying for your help and asking you to do things and making you promise and sometimes you might just promise her just to calm her down or whatever and she waits and waits, and she expects more than you can give her, dont get her hopes up and then turn them down that makes it worse, just be a friend for her..
