Tons!!! I work at a movie theatre, so I've seen more that I can count. Having a home theatre is cool, but there's nothing like the experience of seeing a movie at the theatre though. The big presentation, that loud, digital sound, the smell of the popcorn, and the crowd when you see either a really scary or funny movie (a good crowd can make the experience awesome). The real downside is the price. For 10 bucks a ticket, you might as well stay home.

I take excitement in doing both. yet when I spend money to work out a movie in a theatre, it had more beneficial be an excellent one, or that is a waste of time and funds. I do take excitement in the convenience of seeing a dvd at residing house and being waiting to loosen up at the same time as I watch a movie. I nonetheless watch videos on the VCR because I have some good ones. If i don't love what's on a dvd, i will continually take it out. The very last movie I said in a theatre replaced into "Beowulf". the single beforehand that replaced into "Elizabeth- the Golden Age" It replaced into astounding.

I used to go to the movies at least once a week. Now I usually only go maybe 6 times a year. It's just so much easier to rent a DVD. Maybe if it didn't cost nearly $10 a ticket, I'd go more often. It's crazy. Tickets for two people cost nearly $20, and that's without any snacks which costs nearly $15 more. For that kind of money, I could go buy two new DVD's.

I'm actually going today to watch Flushed Away. I wanted to see Casino Royale but my dad said my 8 year old brother can't watch it. My brother has seen much more hard core movies than James Bond films. Any way I've been to the cinemas probably 15-30 times in my lifetime(I'm 13). I usually get new movies which haven't come out yet on DVD from friends and reletives who get copy DVDs. So yeah.

I go to the overrated, over inflated theater far much less today than 10 years ago....and don't look to going there anytime soon.
I'm amazed at the mindless scores of people (akin to mindless cattle) who flood theaters today, giving Hollywood the green light to go full throttle on the greed.
