Having trouble trying to recruit new sales agents?

I am a new agency and am looking to recruit independent agents in two states. I have successfully recruited an in house agent, however, I am struggling with thinking of ideas of where to find good people. Any suggestions are helpful.

Monster Board is a web site that has excellent resources. You can look for a job or post a job offering.

I do not know what state that you are in, but there is a place called the 'One Stop Center'. They have everything from A-Z pertaining to employment.
