The duality of man is that we are both physical and non-physical simultaneously. We live in both the physical and spiritual worlds and work within them at the same time. We are both physical and spiritual. Spiritual beings experiencing a human existence.

Duality are for 2 things that co-exist. good and bad cannot co-exist if they have a purpose to destroy each other.
Mankind does have dualities: Male and Female or also Mind and Body
These are complementary opposites that are needed for us to exist
