I'd start with shock absorbers or struts, depending on your car. If your car has more than 60-75,000 miles this would be a good starting point. Shocks and strut performance starts to deteriorate after this mileage.

You need to use the numpad to the left of your your arrows. I do not think you can edit which keys you can use to bounce with the hydraulics. If I could, I would have, since it is annoying to reach there. But here are the numpad keys and their corresponding arrow. Numpad 8:Up Numpad 4:Left Numpad 6:Right Numpad 2:Down Also, outside the missions/mini game, if your car is equipped with hydraulics, you can use the num pad to make it bounce like it would in the game. Very fun cruising around with it going up and down. You can also use the Caps Lock button to make all four wheels stay up or stay down(Like holding all four keys on the num pad permanently. Hit Caps Lock again to revert it). Note that this will replace the Caps Lock horn/honk button, but you can use H button to honk. Or, you can use Tab to make all four wheels jump for one second(Like using all four keys on the num pad at the same time for a second).

shocks, struts, leaf springs...if you brake and your front end shimmies, thats a rotor problem. Sounds like you need shocks/struts. NOW, before something bad happens like you lose control of your car...

SHOCKS. You can test this by pushing down on front of car a few times, if it contiunues to move up and down for a few secons or so it is shocks.
