3. Due to their sense of cooperation, healthy communistic systems are very efficient at distributing resources within their localized areas - particularly in times of need.

Ignoring the debates about actually existing communism.

Communist economies are pretty stable meaning that global depressions do not affect them as much (equally they don't benefit from global growth as much but it is still a benefit). See commentaries of communist country economic performance during the great depression although it has to be argued that some of the stats from that era are basically out right lies.

Being a planned economy means that resources can be diverted to other areas which the market might not support. Soviet Russia was able to keep pace with America despite worse economic resources.
