Ok. It's two steps down on the E string and one step down on all the rest. Here's the normal tuning:
E
B
G
D
A
E

Here's Drop C Tuning:
D
A
F
C
B
C
Double check it yourself if you like.
*EDIT* Oh ya and I just read over the other responses me and squatch are the only ones who are right. I was in a band. A real band :) -Lates-

standard tuning is (lo to hi) E A D G B E
detune your lo E string 1 whole step (2 frets) to D (drop D tuning D A D G B E
then detune all 6 strings 1 whole step, so that the open notes are C G C F A D
if you have a tuner it is a little easier

you could play it in normal (standard) tuning if you had to, it wont sound exactly as low, but it can be done. just figure out the notes that are being hit, (dont follow the tab).

just use a tuner ... but considering you just got the guitar, play in standard until you learn it

i think its drop half step down ...... if you have a tuner just tune all string a half step down so that both of your e strings are c (( i think not sure))
