I took Echinacea 2 tablet 3 times a day & a vitamin C Caplet too & Drank a lot of orange Juice. It kicked my cold in the butt!

ok first, DRINK THE LIQUIDS, and have hot chicken noodle soup, and take a bath, and take a good strong cold pill, go to bed early, and you should be up and ready to work in no time! hope you feel better :)

always do this: drink 2 bottles of water quickly, take 2 tablets of vitamin c 500mg each, take echincea vitamins 1, wash your hands always, dont touch your mouth, nose, or eyes. get plenty of sleep.
