Most Alltel plans charge 10 cents per message incoming or outgoing or 25 cents plus airtime per multimedia (picture) message.
Axcess Minutes is available to make data free for $9.99/month - removing the minutes used to send and receive multimedia messages but not the messaging fees.
You can also get packs (multimedia messages still use airtime without Axcess Minutes as well):
$5.99 for 300 messages
$9.99 for 750
$14.99 for 1500
$19.99 for unlimited and WAP (Wireless Web)
Hope this helps,
Mark

The only cell service that I know you can receive free text is Boost Mobile. Incoming Text are free but outgoing are a fee.
Ask your cellular company if they have any promotions for free web service or text messaging for a certain time.
Take care.

No it is not...usually it is about 10 cents per text but some companies may varie...it depends, you would have to call your phone company to know exactly how much...though there are extras you can put on your plan...for example my company Cingular, it cost $5.00 for 200 texts a month so it comes out pretty good.

Technically, considering you're finding out to purchase a cell telephone plan to apply the telephone interior the 1st place, you're already finding out to purchase textual content cloth messages. On a consistent with diem foundation, specific agencies have deals or programs, case in point, that make all incoming textual content cloth messages loose or comprise a undeniable allowance of outgoing messages. so which you won't see the can charge for person textual content cloth messages however on your bill you're finding out to purchase them in bulk. finally, maximum agencies wil can charge you for outgoing textual content cloth messages (or image/video messages) that are sent over your allowance. For Verizon i'm getting charged 10 cents consistent with message sent over my allowance yet different agencies are distinctive. playstation . i do no longer understand if this continues to be achievable yet as quickly as I had sprint a on an identical time as decrease back, i ought to deliver limitless textual content cloth messages (for "loose") if i used my computing device and logged into their web site.

Not Neccesarily. It depends on your plan. Typically it is 10 cents per text w/o a plan. Go to the website and check your plan.
