I NEED HELP WITH THIS. I used my AIM/AOL info to originally sign into iTunes, now it says it doesn't recognize it. I used my AIM email address, and never even had AOL, just AIM. So that worked fine. I got an iTunes card for Christmas and redeemed it, and it credited the AOL account. Then I try to buy songs and it says I need to use my AOL account, which of course is a SNAFU. So I enter my apple account info, and it's showing no balance whatsoever from transferring over, and I JUST redeemed this card, and it seems that Apple is stealing my money. I should have $15.75 and there's nothing. HELP!

Is there a number I can call and actually talk to a human? I'm so F-ing frustrated with this $hit!
