I know lots of Americans that speak broken English. I'm from the south and some of your most educated people speak using local colloquialisms. I think you are less than tolerant towards people different than yourself. Grow up and find something in the world you can actually change.

I sincerely hope you are being sarcastic. In the U.S.A. we do not speak English, we speak American English. Which is quite different that the English spoken in the UK and Europe. American English is full of slang and branded names used as terminology (ex. Kleenex used for the word tissue). Slang differs from region to region through out the country as well (ex. pop vs. soda). It is a difficult language to learn and uses terms from the many countries that we came from in everyday speech. It can be as rich and descriptive as it can be tasteless. It all depends on the person using it.

As to the second part of your question, I would never be so arrogant to make or think such a comment seeing as most of the population in the U.S.A. comes from so many different countries and cultures that we honor in many ways in our families and communities.
