I've had a lot of trouble with this one. First, if you don't have the Torque Bow, go back to the last chapter and get it. DON'T USE IT. Pick up any ammo for the weapon that you can find as you go along.
When you get to Raam, just duck behind the lit barricade in front of you and start shooting arrows. The Kryll will scatter on the first shot, giving you a chance to get in two or three more to Raam's head before they gather again. You don't have to hit his head EVERY time, but it would move things along a lot quicker if you did. Don't try the active reload, either - it's too risky and you definitely don't need it.
When you run out of arrows, wait until he gets close enough and start blink chucking grenades. I got him down after throwing my second one. Good Luck!

1) Grenade the Kryll then hit him w/ sniper rifle
2) Distract with Don by using Cease Fire mode
3) Make sure you are in the fully lit areas, not the almost fully lit areas to keep the Kryll at bay.
