I am getting divorced due to fault of my husband. There are no kids or asset/ liability to divide. Just the paper now. Should I file for Fault divorce or No-fault divorce? My husband admits his fault which broke this marriage. However, is one better for me than the other for future?

With no fault, I have to wait 18month with separation. With fault, it's much quicker if he agrees to sign.

No-Fault divorce if he agrees too. that way you can smile if you ever cross paths with him.

IF there is nothing to gain (money, assets, things you both want and value) go no-fault.
