I am getting divorced due to fault of my husband. There are no kids or asset/ liability to divide. Just the paper now. Should I file for Fault divorce or No-fault divorce? My husband admits his fault which broke this marriage. However, is one better for me than the other for future?

With no fault, I have to wait 18month with separation. With fault, it's much quicker if he agrees to sign.
