If the bolt won't come out its because it has been over tightened at some time, and the other thing is corrosion build-up un done maintance.
Replace Battery, and the battery cables, factory stuff is best,Sorry you likely cannot get it out if you do get it to turn ,the piece inside the battery will break loose from the battery and you will need a battery anyway.

Take the battery out far enough so you can get access to the terminal better. Try filing the hex head enough to get a 6 point socket on it tightly and use an impact wrench while applying pressure under the clamp with a big screw driver to help force the bolt outward.

it would take some work but you could drill out the bolt. take a drill and start with a small bit. drill the center of the bolt but be careful that you dont brake the bit in the bolt. you will have to take your time and go in and out with the bit. once you go all the way through the bolt, get a bigger bit and repeat these steps till the bolt is gone. i would do this as a last resort as it takes time. done it many times. best of luck to ya. it would be better to just get a new battery than to mess with drilling into the battery-big problem!!!

Have you tried a properly-fitting socket wrench?
If not, it'd be a good opportunity to just replace your battery and cables altogether. Your cables will need to go anyway, if they're stripped like that.

use a thing called an "easy out". Basically drill a small hole and the easy out is reverse threaded so when it goes in it rotates the bolt out. Or try using a dremel or even a hacksaw and cut a small notch in it so you can fit a flat head screwdriver in and turn it that way.
