U start off with Formula ( or Breast milk) for the first 4 - 6 months..and when ur little one is ready u introduce Rice ceral first..once that is established u can try other single grain cereals..and once she/he has this under his/her belt..Veggies are introduced before fruits....Meats are intoduced after baby has a while on these...Think at about 9 months or so... U can also give finger foods like Cheerios or arrowroot crackers once cihld had been eating foods for a little while... Hope this helps....
Oh and take ur time introducing new foods...One new food at a time and give the child a week or so before u try introducing any thing else to be sure there is no reaction to it

Breastmilk/fomula are the only items to feed your baby for the first 6 months. At 6 months, try a small amount of runny rice cereal. If after 3-4 days, your baby does not have an allergic reaction (rash) and is actually eating some cereal (not spitting out), you may move on to other grain cereals (oatmeal, mixed grains). Then move on to veggies and fruit, and finally meat. Wait 3-4 days between each new food introduction.
I didn't do any juice for my child because I had read so many articles about 2 year olds with rotting teeth because they were allowed to suck on a sippy cup with juice all day long. If you wanted to add juice, do so at the same time you add the underlying fruit. And make sure it's 100% juice!

You shouldn't start a baby on anything besides formula or breastmilk before 6 months of age. At that time you can start introducing stage baby cereal such as rice, then oat, then mixed. If no allergies result, move onto 1 foods. It's suggested to go veggies first, then fruits. Meats you likely won't have luck with...they're nasty. You really don't need the juice. It's pointless. Once they've gone through trying each of the single ingredient stage 1 foods, 3 times each, up to around 8 or 9 months old, you can move onto 2nd foods, twice per day...and just follow the same adage. Try 3 times for anything new to watch for allergies. Variety is great. You can still use 1st foods to mix with 2nd after lack of allergies have been established. By about 11 months old or when baby can chew, so possibly even around a year, you can intro the 3rd foods. Many moms skip 3rds but there are some great ones. The broccoli and cheese with carrots by Gerber is great to mix into macaroni and cheese, for kids who don't like veggies. And it improves the flavor of mac & cheese. Remember 12 months old you can move onto whole milk, not before. Hope this helps!

Formula or breast milk until 6 months old. Rice cereal first and then offer veggies, fruits, and then meats. Save the juice until closer to 9 months and offer it only in a sippy cup diluted 1/2 water and 1/2 juice. When offering new foods, wait 3-4 days before offering another new one in case of a food sensitivity. This does not mean an allergy, but if there is upset tummy or rash, then discontinue and try again later.

You can start cereal anytime from 4-6 months. Starting at about 6 months, vegetables then fruits then meats. Definitely vegetables before fruits. Once they taste the fruits they won't want to try the veggies.Try a new food for at least 3 days before trying the next new food. Juice should be cut with water 1/2 and 1/2.. To prevent tooth decay., it should be in a sippy cut. Babies could start juice from about 9 months.

You can start solids at anywhere between 4-6 months. Every child is different. The veggies should come before the fruit so that the baby does not start to prefer the sweet to the bitter. Its okay if they dont like the green stuff just mix some of it in with their sweet potatoes or carrots. Meats should not be started until around 8-10 months. Everything you need to know will be on the gerber or beech-nut websites. They will tell you when your baby is ready for what.

I always did formula ( I actually nursed but same thing) then at about 4-5 months I would start them on cereal. At about 6 months they would get juice. I would also start veggies at about 6 months. Try veggies first because they usually wont eat them if they know the fruit tastes better. Then of course fruit. Then meats at about 8 months. Depending on if it is the baby food meats or if it is the actual thing. Hope this helps.

breastmilk/formula exclusively until 6-9 months, then continuing until 18 months or later. Then fruits and veggies, the meats. Grains not until 9 months as they are not digestable and are not needed, they are basically empty calories, this includes infant cereal. Dairy after one year, starting with yogurt.

You should always introduce vegetables before fruits. You don't want your little one to develop a sweet tooth. Wait at least one week before you add a new food. That way if the baby develops an allergy you'll know what food triggered it.
