My last two pregnancies I've had gestetional diabities. This is my third pregnancy and so far blood tests have been okay. Today I started seeing white spots and felt a little dizzy. I tested my blood and it was low. I ate and I felt better. I wasn't sure if I should've gone to the doctor and have myself checked.

You may need to call the nurse and report it. Maybe you had more activity than usual or did not eat well the day before? Try some protein with your meals, cheese or pnut butter, if you don't like meat. Best of luck to you and yours!!

anything below 50 for an extended period of time can result in fetal brain damage. You know your body better than anyone here, if you're concerned, call your OB in the morning. Keep some juice in the fridge in case this happens again
congrats on #3

I'd tell them at your next appointment, and monitor yourself closely until then.

Yes, if your sugar drops low, it can effect your baby. Make sure you're eating consistently at the same time every day, and monitor your sugar very closely since you already have a history of gestational diabetes. It's really serious stuff.

Ask a doc. Don't wanna risk going with an answer from a yahoo idiot that hurts the child. Call your doc. He will answer with a knowledge we can not provide.
