are you talking private bath or public? I would think most of the time normal bodily functions are going on- since this is where it is supposed to happen, yet there is always a curiosity about the secret of a locked door... many things happen behind locked doors- they might just be things you don't want to know about... :)

They have a really smelly, gassy dump that seeps through the door cracks and stinks up the entire office. The stench, the fumes are so oppressive that they ask all employees to evacuate the building.

I lock the door when I'm at someone else's home- I don't want someone to walk in on me sitting on the throne.
At home, there's the unspoken rule that if the door is shut, someone's in there and you should knock... my family used to- keeps little ones from sending the whole roll of TP down the toilet...

FIrst they take down there pants or skirt then they sit down and Pee/Poop then they wipe very carfully stand up pull up there pants hopfully wash there hands and then exit the restroom
Thats 1 thory 2nd thory is they smoke pot and jerk off then fall asleep on the toilet
