You should just speak with your doctor. You may have a slight infection or they didn't remove everything they were suppoed to. You should be okay, just have a chat with your Dr.

Calm down dear...stress won't help. What is happening is totally normal. You can check with your doc to be sure...but as long as you don't have any severe cramping, then it is just a waiting game. After my miscarriage, it took me almost two months to get a period..but had some occasional spotting about 5 weeks and 7 weeks after the D&C. Had one regular peiod at 8 weeks and then one 3 weeks later...then by the fourth month I was pregnant again! :)
Hang in there..your body is just trying to readjust. Plus, with D&C, they suck out all the lining of the uterus....so it is not like a natural miscarriage where you will get a period within a month...it may take a little longer.
Hang in there and take care of yourself.

I haven't miscarried but I have friends who have and it can take that long or longer. Your hormones are readjusting, so it may take you a little while to ovulate again. Also the scared and stressed is probably messing w/ your cycle even more, so just (haha, I know) try to relax.

My midwife counseled me that everyones mucus plug is distinctive... yet I lost mine the day long handed by and it replaced into obtrusive that it replaced into my mucus plug. It replaced into gave the impact of a great extensive loogiee. Sorry if that is TMI :)

I had one ( D&C).....You should've had a 4 week check up.... My Dr said ITS A MUST ! After your surgery, you needed an appt. with him/her..........? Is there a reason for not getting your check up (follow up appt) ? That dont sound right hun ....... Your period should've started by now, and mine was like a regular period...... Wasn't stringy at all.......
