nah...not gay. Like any other piercing on men (remember the first earrings!), it creates shock at first, but then over time is less about a symbol (i'm gay or i'm not gay) and more about the person wearing it and their physical self image. I work out and have a cut body, and got my nipple pierced as part of a piercing/tattoo thing 2 years ago. My girlfriend loves it and I get compliments on it. My brother is a fireman and 4 of the younger guys in his station are pierced, some single some both (and some barbels some loops). Believe me, they're all straight...and the chicks dig it. If you do it, make sure to follow the hygiene instructions....and ultimately, put yourself out there. Besides, it will give your girlfriend something new to play with!

I was very serious with a guy who had his nipples pierced and it was the hottest thing ever. Haha.

Personally, I think it's hot. But only when both are done. It just looks weird when only one is pierced. And don't put in gaudy jewelry either... a simple stud or loop is just fine.
And if you haven't done them yet, I'll warn you that it can be VERY painful. A few of my guy friends have passed out from it. LOL!

Na, it's alright. I actually dated a chic, who, on my twentieth birthday woke me up, started feeded me alcohol, then blindfolded me and drove me downtown. She walked me to tattoo/piercing shop(the whole time blindfolded) and then paid for me to get my nipples pierced. I mentioned it a couple of times and she seemed to have liked the idea so i did it. It looked alright until i gained like 30 pounds and then it didn't, it just didn't.
The girls seemed to love it though. I can't count the amount of chics whose pierced nipples I got to see, the whole I'll show you mine if you show me yours thing. My friends would even work the angle, they would notice a girl had them through her clothes or whatever and tell 'em I had them and then get her to show us hers. Chics with piercings are all about showing them and if you've got them it's a lot easier to see them. Literally a tit for a tit.

Not gay, but not hot either. My brother in law has them and they are weird. They show through some shirts and he tends to touch them, I think they just rub with his clothes.

Not gay just super unnecessary and painful. I don't plan or tatooing or piercing any part of my body. Any pain just isn't worth it.

When I see someone with nipple piercings, I figure that they don't really care who they are having sex with, just so long as they are.
