My cousin's iPod wasn't working, so she let me have it. When you hit a button, you get an icon with a Folder and an exclamation mark on it. I tried the support page for the iPod, and that didn't really work. I tried the 5 "R"s, and that didn't work. When I plug the iPod in, Windows comes up and says "USB Mass Storage Device Detected". iTunes won't recognize it, but it recognizes my iPod Video. I have the old Nano. Any help?

Thanks!

Just get a new one. You can get a iPod from http://linkachi.com/?jl8 , all you have to do is fill out the survey. I got my iPod from that site and I got it a week after i bought it. All i had to do was fill out the survey.

Don't even try it just take it to the apple store. But before you do that when you connect it to the computer try replacing the factory settings if you can.
