I noticed from visuals that most circumcised men have their thickest point at the head (a mushroom cap, if you will), however my greatest circumference is at my mid-shaft. It's still pretty hard at the head (thought the tip is somewhat soft), but it doesn't get thick, really. It only slightly swells from it's flaccid state. Is this just a natural shape for some penises or do I have a blockage in the tubes that take in blood that's stopping the blood from going further into the penis? On a different note, I also noticed that I don't urinate as hard as some men appear to (Let's just say I base this on sounds I hear in the men's room). Could this also be related to a possible blockage?

Thanks for any answer you can give.

From my observations of male penises both limp and hard, yours is just as normal as guys with fat heads or those with fat bases. Pretty much any shaping you can imagine exists and is perfectly normal and it matters little whether the foreskin is present or not.

As to the sounds of pee, some guys do manage to make more noise than others; more because of where they aim their stream than anything. Also, when one stands outside a washroom it always sounds louder than it woudl if you were inside. One of my roommates for example - when I hear him pee in a toilet it sounds like a horse but when I've observed his actual stream it isn;t really anything to write home about.

So, on both counts, I suggest much more study of penises, their size and shape and the volume put out. Time to join a gym and make lots of observations while remembering to aid others in furthering their understanding of things penile by observing you.

No, you're normal, it's just the shape of your penis that's all. As long as it doesn't hurt. If u feel any discomfort, go see your family doctor for some help. But if everything feels normal then by all means, don't worry about it, have fun :-) As for urinating, we even urinate different ways, don't base your sound with everyone elses. Hope this helps

To clear the air on this, see a physician. A general practitioner should be able to recognize a basic anatomical problem, but if you want a urologist, get one!

Without a physical exam, it is practically impossible to say anything diagnostic, especially over the internet!

If what you have posted is true,,, I would strongly suggest that you spend the money and go see a urologist... the thickening of your tissue in the middle of your penis could be due to a very young age traumatic accident and should be checked.
