Without a doubt Ebay. Fantastic costume jewellery that you can buy direct from Hong Kong, China and Australia at a fraction of the UK price. If you want cheap and cheerful Claires is OK, but the stuff you can buy from abroad is classy and unusual - murano glass and Dichroic glass sets as well as some serious bling from as little as a penny ! Ok you have to pay £5 + for postage, but hey this stuff retails at anything from £20 to £60 over here.

i would say shop-wise, claires and primark are probably best. but ebays always good for that type of thing, and you can get some stuff thats pretty good quality as well as still being cheap, and theres more variety.

I'm a huge fan of thrift stores and they have amazing jewelry. =) Also, consignment stores always have stuff on sale.
