You're black, right? I'm not being racist. They're both pretty names, but definitely African Amer. A lot of black ladies and girls have names like that, that are out of the norm. Nothing wrong with that, but if you're not black, don't name your kid either of them. The first day of school, the teacher will always have to ask how to pronounce the second one. But, like I say, they're both pretty. Sina is simpler, Tahira is more exotic.
