It should not be based on calories it should be based on ounces of milk

A baby should be on 6 bottles a day if bottle fed of about 6 ounces in each bottle

This is the formula my daughters doctor uses. So if your child weighs 16 pounds, that is @ 8 kgs. So 120 times 8. That is 960 calories per day. There is 20 calories per ounce so that would be 48 ounces. That sounds like a lot but usually you go by babies hunger cues. This is just a guideline, it is not set in stone. Don't force feed. Ask your childs doctor how many calories they reccomend for your particular child. Some babies have a harder time gaining weight and need more calories. Some gain too fast and need less.

A two month old requires only breast milk or formula with no worry as to how many calories they are getting. Breast milk changes with the baby's needs and should be fed on demand as often as he/she wants. A formula fed infant also should be given as much as he/she wants as often as needed.
