On an average week how often do you get easily angered?

sometimes nothing bothers me im pretty gewd about letting things roll off my back
i used to get angry alot
then i found some medication that worked
lexapro
but now im off meds
for a few months now
up and down like a roaler coaster
sometimes i get mad not all that often im pretty gewd with my anger now
but sometimes i do get angry
then sometimes i run around the room spouting gibberish

I get EASILY angered about 1 week during the month and probably only about 5 or 6 times during that week. I don't have to tell you what week of the month that is, do I?

I have interesting bits of anger...

I don't ever attack anyone,(phys. or verbal) I simply hang up the cell phone and then smash it into the wall. I have smashed as many as three in one week. My business partner has had a display case built and tastefully placed in our lobby. There are 34 smashed cell phones in the display. He has put a small description with each one telling the story of why it got smashed.

One of the girls that works for me has claimed that her husband is building me a cell phone with a titanium casing.

Bet your thinking.... What happens when this freak doesn't have a phone to thrash??? Surprisingly, it seems that I only flip out while I'm on the phone!

I'm alwayz easily angered! like 6 times a week, just stress and anger stuff like that.

Usually five times a week (once every day) because of the incompetent idiots I work with. Their work ethics are terrible and I get really stressed.
