After like 5 minutes of use they will loosen up. Use water on them if you want them loose before you play. It really is no harm with them stiff.

Ok heres how to fix them. Get a tub of really warm to hot water. Soak the glove in there for 15-30 minutes. Then take some soap and a brush or a sponge and clean the palms on the inside and the outside. Let them dry. They will be stiff when you pick them up from drying but you just have to move them around in your hand. Your probably better off to buy new ones. The palms are hard from all that built up sweat so if you can really clean them out and rinse them well you can get them back to soft.

Just add water, they will loosen up while you play but while you are on the bench just pour a little water on the palms and they will be fine.

once they go hard they're pretty impossible to fix. Either get them repalmed or buy new gloves.

If you use them, they will stretch out again. Or rip. In that case you'd have to buy new ones.
