The answer is C.

Reflexes is the simplest of all nervous system because it does not require to pass thru CNS.

If there is no sense organ, there will be no transmission of signal, then there is no sense.

Reflex actions are repeatable but not necessary stereotyped. Stereotyped reflex action is another kind of reflex action known as condition reflexed. I would say this question is not exactly false, part of it is true.

Motor neurons sends signal away FROM the CNS or PNS.

"d" is false. Because reflex actions are not repeatable and stereotyped, reflex actions are the product of an action. No actions no reflex action. Ex: when you get burned by feeling a hot thing ( action), you like " AAAAAAAAAAAAA, it is hurt!!!" you press your burned hand( reflex action). The sensation goes to the brain that traduced the sensation to the sense.

I'm going to say all of them are false. I'm probably way wrong but who cares.
