"Only Hope" by Mandy Moore. This is one of the most beautiful songs ever. The movie was a tear-jerker as well.

Try going to imdb.com and typing in the search for A Walk to Remember and hit Go. It will take you to a page for the movie. On the left side you'll see a bunch of links for various things to get more information on the movie. One of the links is a Soundtrack Listing. They have the whole list for the movie there. I love imdb.com!
