What is the definition of a dull person?

Does dull mean "quiet shy nice good-girl type person"?
Or just uninteresting?

A lot of people say "i'm boring". But I don't think I am but I want to see what other people think.

My definition of a dull person is someone that is self centered and everything, so they think, revolves around them. In their head is all about, me,me ,me. That is the worst kind of dull person.
