Dude you are on your way to being a serial killer. Lack of respect for life starts early, I'll see you in the news in a couple of years. Get help unless you want to die strapped on an operating table with a needle in your arm. Your choice.

YES YOU SICK FREAK!!!!!!!!!
Haven't you ever heard of animal cruelty?! Unless an animal is already dying, and can't be saved, you have absolutely no right to kill an animal!!! There's no reason why you'd want to kill an animal anyways!!!
If it's bothering you, or you just don't want it, give it to your local shelter, or call the aspca to come out and get it!
How can people kill animals, when they were put on this earth to be our companions, and protectors???? That's one of the most disgusting things you can do to an animal!!
On the other hand, if it was an accident, you need to go to the owner and confess, and appologize like there's no tomorrow. It would be considerate to offer to get them a new one. If it was an accident, then no. That's why it's called an accident. You couldn't control the situation(hopefully!!), and the animal was at fault(sort of, seeing how it's a kitten, it didn't really know better probly).

Is it illegal to humanely end the life of a kitten? No. Is it illegal to prolong the death and make it painful for a kitten? Yes. Killing is not animal cruelty. If the animal knows a content life one moment and is dead the next, that is more humane than a miserable life. A painful death is animal cruelty, and I still prefer to keep kittens alive rather than humanely kill them.
Spay/neuter. Prevent the death of kittens.

if you are not a vet don't do it
yes you can be charged with cruelity to animals and it all depends on the state you live in on how hard they are about it
if you killed it on accident (like hitting a deer or dog in the road) they mostly will look over it. they find out you swerved on the road to hit it and than you get reckless driving on top of it
we mostly look the other way also if a farmer has to put down and animal due to injury, it is mostly faster and seen as more human than waiting on a vet to put him down

yes it is! are you thinking about doing it? if so then you're a really sad and pitiful person. sorry but you're not even a person if you do something like that or even think about doing something like that. kittens and any animal is helpless against humans. you'll get yours one day though. hopefully it's soon
