Exercise even if it's only a little stretching. That makes the cramping less. A heat pad on the tummy or use a dish towel warmed in the microwave for 2 min. More if needed, don't burn yourself. You can use 1 advil and 1 tylenol, works best for me. Take a hot bath in epsom salts from Wal_mart they're cheap there use about a third of the bag and dissolve before getting in the tub. Good luck. Hope you feel better soon.

I always tried to keep my feet warm. It seemed that if I kept my feet warm that it helped the pain. Sitting in a tub of hot water helps relax the muscles as well as helping the cramps. I also found that if you take a pain reliever that contained caffeine and you drank either hot tea or coffee with them that helped as well.
There really isn't a cure all for cramps. Just think, after cramps comes hot flashes. Just food for thought.

a sure way to alleviate cramps or get rid of them is to not have caffeine or salt during your period.
my cramps used to be awful until my doctor pointed out that the caffeine and salt contribute to the water weight gain aka swelling.
the pills are fine but in the end as long as you can give up those two things for a week you will be just fine.

What does this have to do with Consumer Electronics? Not quite sure on that one, you might want to categorize things where they belong so you don't get reported.
East ways to get rid of cramps, heat. Hot shower/bath, heating pads, heat wraps... they have those heat things that you stick on and you can wear under your jeans for relief all day. Heat is your best friend when you have trouble.
