They are SO cute. How they jump around and play with you.To die for!
P.S.- They do not smell if you treat them right. If you buy a ferret from Petco the ferret is descented- an operation for your ferret that costs about $300 normally. You can also buy such things as odor be gone stuff. you put a few drops in their water and they smell much less. THEY DO NOT SMELL IF YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM. trust me I know I have 3

I own and show all 5 of mine. I agree with the others, do research before you get one (if you are planning on it). An as for "smelly"...if you feed a high quality ferret food, clean the cage daily, and bathe them once ever 4 months (if you bathe them more...they will be smelly, the oil glands have to work overtime to get the essential oils back into the coat) they basically have no odor. They also make several different daily sprays for them. I love, and always will own ferrets.

Yes they are. And they are loads of fun.
However, if you are reading this and thinking about getting your first ferret, PLEASE do not get one based only on the fact that they are cute and fun. PLEASE do your research before ever getting a ferret.
