My daughter is also very sensitive. We switched to the baby laudry soap for everything, including our clothes so when she was held by us and all! She is now 2 1/2 and still uses baby laundry soap as well as Johnson's head to toe baby soap. We also used the johnson's baby lotion for over a year; Everything else would make her break out! Sorry there isn't a whole lot you can do. And most likely she'll have eczema as well, it's hereditary!

First of all, a baby as young as 6 weeks does not need any products or oil on her skin. Bathing a baby that young should be infrequent because soaps and warm water DRY OUT THE SKIN. Do not bath your baby more than every three days... just use a warm moist cloth to clean her face and her diaper area (always last). If you use soaps, use Johnson&Johnson, plain Dove, or plain Ivory soap. Most doctors don't recommend lotions so young, but Johnson's and Aveeno are as gentle as it gets. Also, baby detergent (Dreft) might help, as normal detergent can irritate sensitive skin. If there is any cracking or bleeding on your baby's body you need to take the baby to the doctor as soon as possible to prevent infections and possible pain!

Weve had great luck with Aveeno Sensitve and Herbal Remedies Eczema. They both have a dryer non greasy texture.
