No it doesn't. I am a janitor in a high school. We have the proper equipment to clean properly. Now occasionally, someone will go to the bathroom and not flush, so it does smell sometimes. I can't control what the students don't do. I have sometimes gone into a restroom and I just have to do everything I can not to gag.

Yes my school bathroom is disgusting. I don't like public restroom in general. However, my school is better than some other schools in the district.
