5 questions = 25 points lost. Now if you pick a best answer to those 5 questions that = 3 points back which makes 15 points back from the 25 lost. You would have to answer 5 questions to equal the 10 point loss difference.

If you never picked a best answer to get the 3 points back you lost 25 points and would have to answer 13 questions to = 25 points to make up for the 25 lost.
