Lately my computer has been giving me an error that says "BUG_USB_DRIVER" or something like that. What does it mean?

If you are getting this error at boot up (the blue screen of death), go into your bios and disable your on board USB firmware. If the error goes away then try to re-flash your BIOS. You'll need to go to the mainboards manufacturer and download the appropriate program. After flashing, enable you USB again (it will probably enable when you flash) and see if the problem is fixed. If so great, if not then you'll need to disable it and purchase a PCI card for your USB devices or purchase a new mainboard.

It could be something else that I don't know about but that is what I would do.

Hope this helps.

Your USB driver most likely has a virus in it. Either that or you put some software in there and installed it, and the computer needs that in order to work. I would uninstall the software in all USB ports, and re-install them one by one to find out which one is the "rotten apple."

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

Your USB driver(s) aren't functioning correctly. Check your motherboard manufacturer for any updates or bug fixes.
