Hi, I used to love reading but fell behind because of school. I really want to go to law school and I feel like im rusty in my reading and this will weaken my score on the LSAT. Can anyone recommend any books that will improve my reading? I enjoy books that are non fictional, I hate shakespere and that wierd language. Im on vacation right now and I want to catch up in my reading. Have any one used specific books to prepare them for the lsat?
I will take any recommendations as possible, be sure to talk a little about what the book is about and its genre. Thanks!

i would suggest checking out recommendations on the amazon or barnes and noble sites specifically for the LSAT. you could also go to your public library and go to the new non-fiction section for books on current events which would help with law vocabulary as well. biographies and books on the supreme court, political science and other social sciences would probably help the most. I especially enjoyed reading: Sandra Day O'Connor and H. Alan Day (2002). Lazy B: Growing Up on a Cattle Ranch in the American Southwest. (Random House. ISBN 0-375-50724-8) It's about how Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Conner got her start and what life lessons it taught her about hard work, family, etc. good luck!
