a night at the roxbury is the name of the movie that was spun off of the Saturday Night Live skit starring Chris Kattan and Will Ferrell. What you're watching is one of the skits that they did on the actual show when Jim Carrey was hosting.

The clip is actually from a "Saturday Night Live" television episode that was hosted by Jim Carrey in 1996. He appeared with the Chris Kataan and Will Ferrell in their popular, reocccuring sketch about two dorky, loser guys who dance awkwardly (bob their head back and forth repeatedly) to the son "What is Love?" performed by Haddaway at popular NYC night clubs. There was a movie based off the SNL sketch entitled "A Night at the Roxbury" released in 1998, that starred Kataan and Ferrell but did not feature Jim Carrey. The movie isnt terrible but it isnt that great either. Interesting to see a pre-huge fame Will Ferrell though.
