I strip thebed and I fold all my wet towels up in a dry towel because I think that it is disgusting to touch someone elses used towel and maids don't make much money.

I don't like maid service while I am there (well, depends on how long I am there), so I tend to keep the room neat. I mean, it's a hotel, but it is my home away from home. Why would I want to mess it up? And, I always tip when I leave.

To a point yes, but i dont go crazy. I hate to leave towles on the floor or all over the bathroom, i put then on the side of the bath tub. And any pop can or bottles i put in the rubbish bin, but i dont go as far as making the bed.

Hell no. I tend to be extra messy in hotels because I don't have to clean it. They get paid for it, that is their job. Plus, I'll probably never see the maid ever again. What should I care their opinion is? However, if I really mess it up I do leave a tip. It's a conscience thing...

Last time I was so in hurry and certain I'd forget half of my things behind, so you don't want to know what the room looked like when I checked out. Really, you don't.

Nope! I don't know the maid, he/she doesn't know me. I am generally not a slob ANYWAYS, so it's no problem. But cleaning is their job.
