my girlfriend was so scared to say i love you she had to draw it out on my back....she thought i was going to get 'weirded' out, now why do girls do that. when i'm not with her i think about her a lot and now i realize i do love her.but when i actually come up to her i feel weird saying it. i had a talk in middle school about high school love isn't real i feel like it is but now she won't say i love youto me and we joke around by saying do you love me? and she just says it back...whats going on????

This usually comes from a level of insecurity. Her insecurity may come from past reactions you've had, but most likely it's due to her own. She might have been hurt in the past and doesn't want this to happen again. She has to realize that w/ risk, comes reward, but she can never find out if she keeps her heart locked up. It also may be due to slight immaturity. This is nothing you can change unfortunately if it's the case. My advice would be to reassure her of your feelings and allow her to open up to you about hers. It may take some time so be patient. Baby steps :-)

If you guys really love each other, say it.
Even if, later on, you guys meet someone better and
want to break up, right now you guys love each other.
Love doesn't have to do with age.

Its called cat and mouse us girls LOVE THAT GAME! Especially when we are younger just be patient and be sure love is a wonderful thing but should not be played with. Tell her how you feel. If you really do love her then it should not be uncomfortable to tell her when you love someone you will share or tell anything to that person.

ok, you both love eachother, just come out and say it, breack the ice, if ya don't then you both are going to be weird around each other until one of ya'll actually say it. also, there is such thing as high school love, sometimes it goes on past high school and sometimes it ends way before, just enjoy it, while you have it.

Tell her you love her. Tell her in special moments - not all of the time. Do not wait or expect her to tell you. Just leave her be and give her the space to express herself however she feels comfortable. Respect for another's space and style is a part of love also.

high school love does happen is just up to you to let it grow.your girlfriend is just like me cant say it.lol. but sometimes "words dont express your love you got to prove it"-joe and pappose(cant remember the spelling).so in a nutshell if she shows she love you and you do the same then it is love 50-50 love

she does love you...most likely she's waiting for you to say it back. us, girls really do feel strongly about love and it's hard to present what we feel to the other person when they don't feel it back. it's really frusterating when guys don't take things seriously and turn things into a joke all the time. give her a big hug and whisper "i love you" in her ear.
